Mailing AppLinks Clicking on the Mail button brings up an email message using your default email program. The message includes the hyperlink to your AppLinked file. You can address this email to anyone you want to give access.If you click the Mail button and get a message saying you have no default email program (the message will vary depending on your browser and computer), you will probably need to set up a default mail program. Setting a Default Email Program Setting a default email program depends on the web browser you're using: In Internet Explorer: From the Tools menu, select Options. On the Programs Tab, select the desired email program in the Email list box. In Netscape: In the Communicator menu, select "Messenger". If Netscape Messenger is not your default mailer, it will ask if you'd like to make it your default mail program. NIC Computer Users If you use a NIC computer - the system currently doesn't support default mailers. You will need to copy the AppLink URL, and paste it manually into an email to send it. |
