Managing Folders

Click the Options list boxes to the right of each folder to do the following:

• Open: Opens the selected folder. The folder contents display on the File Manager page.
  
• Cut: Removes the folder from the File Manager, and copies its contents to the “Clipboard.” Instructions for pasting the file appear in the File Manager.
  
• Copy: Copies the folder and all of its contents to the “Clipboard.” Instructions for pasting the file appear in the File Manager.
  
• Paste: Copies the contents of the “Clipboard” into the folder.
  
• Delete: Removes the folder from the File Manager.
  
• Rename…: Renames the folder. The Rename Page displays.
  
• Zip In Place: Creates a compressed “Zip” file (which is a good idea for moving large audio, video or picture files). The filename will be (your foldername).zip.
  
• Properties…: View statistics about the folder. The Folder Statistics page displays.
